Mr Price Home is seeking to hire a Area Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
This role requires a highly organized, professional, confident and energetic person that can keep up with the pace of this fast moving business. Providing efficient and effective admin support to 2 Area Managers and1 Admin Area Manager in the Western Cape High level of integrity in dealing with confidential and sensitive information Play a pivotal role in the growth of Mr Price Home in the Cape, Canal Walk Store.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:
Supporting the Regional leaders with HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, auditing, new store openings and activations and reporting administration.
This includes accurate communications between head office and the area stores.
Required Knowledge and Experience
What you’ll need
Grade 12 Certificate, Degree/Diploma in Administration or Secretarial studies (Advantageous) Previous exposure working in a retail environment is essential Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet & Email)
